Description
BioPonic Coco Bloom 25 Litre Custom is a professional bioponic coco bloom nutrient in a 25-litre bulk format that we have been supplying to UK commercial growers since 2017. Combining mineral precision with organic biological inputs in a coco-specific flowering formulation, BioPonic Coco Bloom supports the elevated phosphorus and potassium requirements of the flowering phase while maintaining the biological root zone environment that distinguishes bioponic growing from purely mineral hydroponic programmes. The 25-litre custom format delivers commercial economics for operations running high volumes through the flowering phase.
Bioponic Bloom Nutrition in Coco: The Combined Approach
During flowering, plants redirect the majority of their metabolic resources toward reproductive development — flower site initiation, bud expansion, resin synthesis and sugar accumulation in developing calyxes. The mineral component of BioPonic Coco Bloom delivers elevated phosphorus and potassium in coco-calibrated concentrations that account for the substrate’s CEC properties, ensuring plant-available P and K meet full demand throughout the peak flowering window. The organic bioponic fraction — amino acids, humic and fulvic acids and botanical plant extracts — maintains biological activity in the root zone during this high-demand phase, supporting the microbial ecosystem that improves nutrient availability and contributes to the terpene and metabolite richness associated with biologically active growing media. The result is a flowering programme that delivers both the precision of mineral hydroponics and the quality enhancement associated with organic and bioponic cultivation.
Feed Programme and Application
Use BioPonic Coco Bloom from the first week of flowering at 3–5 ml per litre, adjusting to maintain target EC of 1.6–2.2 mS/cm at peak flowering. Maintain pH 5.8–6.2 in coco. The 25-litre bulk size is appropriate for commercial operations processing multiple flowering rooms through the season. Supplement with SHOGUN PK Warrior 9/18 from week 4 of flowering and finish with SHOGUN Dragon Force in the final 1–2 weeks before flush.
