Preparation and Protocol
Pre-soak each tray in pH 5.5–5.8 adjusted water before use. Allow to drain for 10–15 minutes before taking cuttings and inserting. Cover with a propagation dome and maintain 22–26°C and 75–85% RH for rooting. Transplant when roots are visible at the plug base — typically 10–14 days for well-managed cuttings from healthy mother plants.
