Description
CANNA AQUA VEGA A&B 1 LITRE is the entry-level and trial size of CANNA’s professional vegetative base nutrient for recirculating hydroponic systems, giving growers the opportunity to experience the quality and stability of the Aqua programme without the upfront cost of the larger 5-litre format. We have been recommending CANNA Aqua to UK hydroponics growers since 2017 as the definitive professional nutrient range for NFT, DWC, and RDWC systems where solution stability over multiple days is a priority.
CANNA Aqua Vega’s Recirculating System Advantages in the 1L Format
CANNA Aqua Vega A&B uses the same chelated mineral forms and pH-stable chemistry in the 1-litre twin pack as in the professional 5-litre format — the formulation difference between pack sizes is zero. What the 1-litre offers is an accessible entry point for growers switching from a different nutrient brand, trialling the Aqua programme for the first time in a new recirculating system, or running a single small DWC or NFT unit where the larger 5-litre would take many cycles to consume. At 3–4ml per litre of each part for standard dose rates, the 1-litre twin pack provides approximately 250–330 litres of nutrient solution — enough for a full vegetative cycle in a system with a 50–80 litre reservoir volume.
Getting Started With CANNA Aqua Vega
Fill your reservoir with RO water or low-EC tap water, then add Part A and mix, followed by Part B, targeting EC 1.4–1.8 for the vegetative phase. Check pH and adjust to 5.5–6.2 if needed — CANNA Aqua nutrients are formulated to land in this range but always verify with a calibrated pH pen. Top up the reservoir with fresh plain water daily to replace evaporation losses, and perform a full reservoir change every 7–10 days. When satisfied with the results across the vegetative phase, upgrade to the 5-litre twin pack for the next cycle for better value per litre.
Pair CANNA Aqua Vega A&B 1 Litre with Rhizotonic root stimulator and CANNA Boost for a complete CANNA vegetative programme that delivers the precision nutrition recirculating systems demand.
