Will Henderson — Growing Guide Author

Will Henderson has been passionate about indoor and outdoor growing for well over a decade. Based in Warwickshire, he spent years experimenting with hydroponics and organic techniques in his own home setup before joining The Horticulture Company team, where he now shares his hands-on knowledge through practical growing guides.

His particular interests include organic nutrient programmes, growing media, and feed schedules — and he’s known among the team for his meticulous approach to dialling in pH and EC. Will is especially passionate about helping beginners avoid the costly mistakes he made when he first started out.

When he’s not in the grow room, Will tends a productive kitchen garden and has a particular fondness for chillies, heritage tomatoes, and unusual salad varieties. He believes that good growers never stop learning — and that the best lessons always come from the plants themselves.
