Why the Adjust-A-Wings Design Delivers Superior Light Distribution

Conventional parabolic reflectors concentrate light in a relatively narrow, bright spot directly below the lamp, with rapidly diminishing intensity toward the edges of the canopy. This non-uniform distribution means centre plants receive significantly more light than edge plants, creating an uneven canopy with different development rates across the growing area. The Adjust-A-Wings design uses wide, adjustable wing panels extending from the central lamp position to redirect light that would otherwise be lost to the sides of the reflector into a broader, more even distribution pattern. The wings can be adjusted through a range of angles, allowing the grower to optimise the distribution width for their specific canopy size and hanging height. Wider wing angles spread light across a larger area at higher mounting positions; narrower angles concentrate light for closer, more intense coverage. How to Set Up the Adjust-A-Wings Enforcer Small

Fit the lampholder with your chosen HPS or MH lamp and hang using the included hanging hardware. Set the wing angle to match your growing area and lamp height — refer to the included coverage charts for guidance. Raise or lower the light to achieve target canopy intensity. As plants grow and the canopy expands, adjust wing angle and height to maintain even coverage. Clean the reflective surfaces regularly with a damp cloth to maintain maximum reflectivity.
