Description

The Airfan Thermo 315 3250 is a high-performance EC (electronically commutated) inline extraction fan from Airfan’s commercial Thermo series, rated at 3,250 cubic metres per hour airflow capacity and featuring integrated thermal and speed management electronics for precisely controlled air extraction in large indoor growing environments. The EC motor technology provides a significant efficiency advantage over conventional AC motor fans at the same airflow rating, consuming substantially less electricity at full load and maintaining high efficiency across the full speed control range.

The 3,250 m3/h capacity makes the Thermo 315 appropriate for large, professionally fitted growing rooms with high heat loads from multiple HPS or LED fixtures, and for commercial operations where maintaining precise temperature and humidity control requires sustained high-volume air extraction. The EC motor’s variable speed capability allows output to be adjusted smoothly from near-zero to full rated capacity without the torque pulses and noise associated with conventional triac or transformer speed controllers. The integrated thermal management monitors motor temperature and reduces speed if thermal limits are approached.
