The Ionic range uses stabilised chemistry that keeps all essential elements in solution without precipitation, even in high-concentration mixes or over extended reservoir periods. Ionic Hydro Grow is calibrated for the chemistry of recirculating hydroponic systems running at standard UK water conditions. Its nitrogen profile emphasises nitrate-nitrogen — the form most rapidly absorbed by plant roots in hydroponic conditions — with a supporting ammoniacal fraction that rounds out the nitrogen supply profile for steady, even vegetative development. Mixing, Feed Rates, and Switching to Bloom

Ionic Hydro Grow is used at 4–7ml per litre of nutrient solution, adjusted to the growth rate and size of your plants. Start at the lower end of the dosage range for smaller plants and increase as vegetative development accelerates. Target an EC of 1.2–2.0 mS/cm for most vegetative growing situations, and adjust pH to 5.8–6.2 for optimal nutrient availability in inert media. For best results, start with clean, low-EC water — ideally RO or low-EC tap water — and build your nutrient solution from this base. When plants begin showing the first signs of flowering, begin transitioning to Ionic Hydro Bloom. You can run Grow and Bloom together for a transitional week at half-strength each, then switch fully to Bloom as the plant commits to generative growth.
