14-Inch Insulated Ducting 10-Metre Roll provides a full 10-metre length of thermally insulated flexible duct in the 350mm (14-inch) large diameter format, combining high-volume airflow capacity with condensation control and thermal performance. This specification is designed for large commercial growing operations and industrial extraction systems where high airflow requirements demand large-diameter ductwork, and where the duct run passes through cold or thermally variable spaces where an uninsulated duct would generate significant condensation or heat exchange losses.
The three-layer insulated construction — inner aluminium duct core, mineral wool or foam insulation layer, reinforced outer jacket — maintains duct surface temperatures above the dew point of the extraction air throughout the run, preventing condensation from forming even in cold roof spaces, exterior walls, or unheated service areas. This is critical at high air volumes: extraction air at 14-inch duct scale carries substantial moisture, and uncontrolled condensation can cause significant structural and equipment damage over a grow season.
The 10-metre roll allows commercial installers to plan and cut the required run lengths on-site, minimising joints in the installed system. All connections should be secured with appropriately sized 350mm clamps and sealed with aluminium foil tape.
