Description

Floor Secure Sheeting is a heavy-duty waterproof floor liner designed to protect grow room and tent floors from water damage, nutrient spills and moisture accumulation during irrigation and plant maintenance. We have been supplying grow room protection materials to UK cultivators since 2017, and floor sheeting is one of those practical essentials that prevents expensive damage to floors and structures in both temporary and permanent indoor growing spaces.

Indoor growing involves regular watering, drainage collection, reservoir management and occasional spills — all of which expose the floor surface beneath your growing system to water and nutrient solution. Without adequate floor protection, repeated exposure to moisture causes progressive damage to concrete, wooden floors and structural elements below your growing space. Nutrient solution is particularly damaging — the mineral content leaves staining residue and can cause corrosion of concrete surfaces and rotting of wooden subfloors over time.

Floor Secure Sheeting provides a continuous waterproof barrier between your growing system and the floor surface. The heavy-duty construction resists puncturing from pot edges, equipment feet and general grow room activity, maintaining an intact waterproof membrane through repeated growing cycles. Installation and Sizing

Cut to fit your growing space with scissors or a utility knife. For complete protection, run the sheeting up the walls by 15–20cm and secure in place with tape to contain any water that runs off the edge of your growing system. Clean between growing cycles with dilute bleach solution to remove algae, nutrient residue and organic matter that could harbour pests or pathogens. Replace when significant damage or wear reduces waterproofing integrity.
