Coco-Specific Nutrition for the Vegetative Stage

Coco coir is not an inert medium — it has a natural cation exchange capacity that affects how minerals behave in the root zone, and a specific demand for high calcium and magnesium that distinguishes it from soil and hydroponic systems. A coco-specific nutrient formulation accounts for these characteristics by adjusting the calcium and nitrogen ratio relative to standard hydroponic nutrients, ensuring that the plant receives appropriate mineral nutrition without the calcium-driven deficiency issues that can occur when using soil or hydroponic nutrients in coco.
