HAILEA HX2500

Description

The Hailea HX-2500 is a compact, reliable submersible water pump from Hailea — one of the most widely used brands for hydroponic irrigation and recirculating system water movement in UK grow rooms. Rated at approximately 2,500 litres per hour maximum flow rate, the HX-2500 offers more than sufficient flow for irrigation in grow rooms up to four metres in irrigation run length, reservoir recirculation in systems up to 200 litres, and DWC oxygenation pumping circuits.

Hailea submersible pumps use a magnetic impeller drive design that is energy-efficient, quiet in operation, and thermally stable during continuous duty cycles. The pump body is fully sealed, operating safely submerged in nutrient solution without the corrosion or electrical degradation that affects inferior pump designs over time. The impeller and pump chamber are manufactured from nutrient-safe materials that do not leach contaminants into the recirculating solution.

The HX-2500 features an adjustable flow control valve that allows the delivery rate to be reduced when full capacity is not required. The outlet is a standard 13mm push-fit barb compatible with all standard grow room irrigation tubing and fittings. Clean the pump with a suitable descaler or citric acid solution every 4-6 weeks to prevent mineral scale build-up on the impeller.
