Description

The Hailea HX-8860 is a high-capacity submersible pump from Hailea’s professional HX series, designed for large recirculating systems, commercial-scale irrigation circuits, and any application where high-volume water movement is required over extended distances or with substantial head pressure. It delivers robust, reliable performance in continuous-duty growing applications.

The HX series uses Hailea’s oil-free magnetic impeller drive technology, eliminating the risk of oil contamination in nutrient solutions while providing the operational reliability and low heat generation essential for pumps running continuously in sensitive growing environments. The full submersible design operates quietly and without overheating in normal nutrient solution temperatures, and the sealed motor housing resists mineral accumulation and corrosion throughout the pump’s service life.

At this flow rate, the HX-8860 is appropriate for irrigation systems serving multiple grow rooms simultaneously, large-scale flood and drain systems, and recirculating NFT setups where the pump must overcome substantial head pressure to maintain adequate flow rates at the distal end of the system. As with all high-capacity submersible pumps, descale the impeller housing regularly and inspect inlet screens for debris blockage.
