In a nutshell, Maxijet pumps move large quantities of liquid quietly and efficiently, and their reliability is unquestioned. If you’re looking for an effective submersible pump, then there’s really no better all-rounder than a Maxijet. The MJ-1000 moves 1000 litres of water per hour through a 12.5mm outlet.
he Maxijet MJ-1000 is a fully submersible water pump that moves 1000 litres of water per hour through a 12.5mm diameter outlet point. 1000 litres per hour is enough to supply even the largest systems. The plastic pre-filter on this unit prevents impurities from passing through the pump and on into pipe networks, lowering the chances of blockages and improving levels of efficiency and reliability. Growers depending on pumps to move nutrient solutions to-and-from root-zones know only too well that blockages and equipment failures can lead to catastrophic effects. If root-systems dry out, there’s only a small timeframe to correct issues before plants start to suffer irreversible damage. Using a high-quality pump with the pedigree of the MJ-1000 helps to ensure that the chances of this are greatly reduced, a fact that’s been noted by the team at IWS, who include this very same pump in their range of universally applauded watering systems. The Maxijet is powerful enough to propel water upwards through a riser pipe of a maximum of 148cm tall. It’s also fitted with an outlet point that can be twisted to sit in any direction, rotating a full 360 degrees.
