COMBI DUCTING 100MM (4″)

Description

Combi Ducting 100mm (4″) per metre is flexible twin-layer aluminium ducting in the most common compact grow room diameter, providing a cost-effective duct solution for 4-inch extraction systems running through enclosed grow tents, cupboards, and small dedicated grow rooms. Its corrugated aluminium construction flexes easily to navigate corners and obstructions while resisting the collapse that affects single-layer foil ducting under fan suction pressure, maintaining the full internal bore of the duct throughout the run.

At the per-metre price point, combi ducting is the economical choice for grow room setups where the entire duct run is within the temperature-controlled growing environment or through a warm, dry interior space. The twin-layer construction provides good resistance to minor mechanical damage compared to single-skin foil duct, and the outer layer of the corrugation adds some useful acoustic damping — a meaningful benefit in home growing environments where fan noise transmission through ducting is a concern.

The 100mm (4-inch) diameter is compatible with all 4-inch flanged fan outlets, carbon filter collars, and duct connectors. Joins are made with standard 100mm fast clamps or worm-drive hose clamps, and should be sealed with aluminium ducting tape. Where the duct run passes through an unheated or cold space, consider upgrading to 100mm insulated ducting to prevent condensation problems.
