Description

Combi Ducting 150mm (6″) sold per metre is flexible, twin-layer aluminium duct in the 150mm diameter, providing a more economical alternative to insulated ducting for grow room air extraction runs where condensation and heat exchange are not primary concerns. Its corrugated twin-layer aluminium construction gives good flexibility for routing through tight spaces while maintaining structural integrity under the suction pressure of powerful inline fans.

Combi ducting is the appropriate specification for internal duct runs within a heated grow room or tent, where the duct and surrounding air are at similar temperatures and condensation is not a risk. For longer runs through cold or unheated areas, insulated ducting is the better choice — the cost difference between the two formats is small relative to the problems caused by condensation over a full grow cycle.

The 150mm (6-inch) diameter is the most common size for mid-to-large extraction systems and is compatible with all 6-inch flanged fans, carbon filters, and connectors.
